Project: Corporate Marketing Package

D'Jean Carter & Associates diagnoses and coaches dental practices to maximize profitability within the context of superb patient care. Their Complete Practice Development Program examines all aspects of a practice to help clients utilize resources and increase revenue stream to be certain that no opportunities are being overlooked.

The Challenge
Design a marketing package that is flexible enough to target various audiences, raises awareness of the many services the company offers and remains relevant during expansion of the company.

a.i. Design Group Responds
Our solution was simple and effective: we designed a pocket folder and insert sheets outlining the many services D'Jean Carter and Associates offers. Rather than imprint the pocket folder and inserts with one location only, we chose to feature their website address which remains current during expansion. We used short-run, economical digital printing to keep quantities low until expansion was completed.

Next, we designed a stationery package incorporating both their existing and new addresses. We then generated original text for letters to include in the pocket folder that can be customized for each presentation, and can be updated throughout expansion.

The Result
We delivered a flexible marketing package that can be customized over a wide range of audiences in quantities that made sense for our client during their expansion.
