New Channel Direct (NCD) provides integrated multichannel marketing solutions through a variety of services including: direct mail, personalized URLs, email marketing and mobile text messaging. NCD contacted a.i. Design Group to help reposition themselves and convey the full suite of services they offer.
a.i. Design Group’s Response
We took NCD’s image in a completely new direction, creating a fluid, colorful logo to represent their flexible, multi-faceted approach. Through extensive research, we developed an outline for their new services and generated straightforward informative text. Next, we designed a clean, modern website using a limited color palette to ensure that NCD’s new logo and direct mail pieces would be the most prominent visuals on the screen. We also developed a flash presentation that illustrates how NCD helps clients reach their target audience and a News area that allows NCD to quickly and easily upload relevant industry information.
Results
We pumped life into NCD’s brand, making both existing and prospective customers take notice. Through clear, concise text and supporting graphics, their new online presence illustrates the myriad ways NCD’s services help their clients increase return on investment.
