Options Resource Careers pioneered employee and family relocation services for corporate clients in the mid-1980s. With the growth of the global economy, workforce mobility has surged and with it, competitors offering many of ORC’s services have emerged.
a.i. Design developed ORC’s first website and corresponding printed materials in the mid-1990s, enjoying a long-term relationship with this dynamic company. When the time came to redevelop their materials, ORC turned to a.i. Design for a collaborative repositioning effort.

The complexity of ORC’s services required intensive planning to ensure that their message was on-point when directed at the very different audiences the company serves.
Using color, imagery and graphic cues, we designed an informative website that presents their services, markets and opportunities in an easy-to-use format. We then applied the look and feel of the website to an electronic brochure as well as print advertising and a custom 3-ring binder.
Result
Our in-depth knowledge of ORC’s structure led us to a visual solution that clearly defines their business segments and effectively addresses their varied audiences: corporate HR managers, mobile transferees and worldwide service providers.
The solutions we provided give ORC the flexibility to operate across time zones and respond to a rapidly-changing global market. Customized file sharing and calendar modules within their website allow ORC to implement the virtual office model they are using today. An electronic brochure offers instant online delivery as well as a print-on-demand option. Finally, a wide variety of materials can be presented in a professional, custom-designed binder to serve a wide range of end-users’ needs.
