Many states require companies to publish yearly Financial Statements when conducting business in their state. WNGates.com is a leader in legal compliance publishing services, helping companies throughout the US meet their legal publishing obligations.
In 1878, the W.N. Gates Company began publishing legal notices in newspapers across the country. When the time came to bring legal compliance publishing into the 21st century, WNGates.com approached a.i. Design Group for an automated, web-based solution.
a.i. Design Group’s Response
Working closely with WNGates.com and Jehm Technologies, we collaborated to create a detailed plan to automate the entire publishing process from ordering through publishing and verification through billing. Next, we designed and programmed the website to educate visitors about WNGates.com’s wide range of services and encourage visitors to create an account. Finally, we integrated the membership database with WNGates.com’s processing and billing system, resulting in a seamless process for creating an account, ordering, uploading, billing, searching and more.
Results
WNGates.com’s automated process is the first of its kind in the legal compliance publishing industry. The easy-to-use system helps companies throughout the US meet their legal publishing obligations, while enabling WNGates.com to fulfill publishing commitments quickly and accurately. We merged multiple platforms into a richly functional system, completing the project on time and within budget.
